We only accept privately insured or DVA patients and are not a bulk-billing practice. If you are a public patient, please ask your GP to refer you to the Central Referral System.
Parking is available at the rear of the building. You can gain access via Eucla Street. Alternatively, there is ample free (2P) parking available along Eucla Street.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please advise us via phone or email with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Wait times can vary. We triage each referral individually, so the best course of action would be to send your referral to us, and we can advise a rough wait time for your booking.
It is extremely hard to give a surgical fee estimate prior to your initial consult. There are many variables when booking a procedure. We can give you a full fee estimate once your procedure has been decided and item numbers have been confirmed by the doctor.
Yes, you do have the option for self-funding. Please keep in mind that additional fees for hospital, pathology, radiology, pharmaceutical and anaesthetic costs will apply and can be very costly.
Generally, consultations are not covered by private health, but this can change depending on each individual person’s level of cover. Our secretary can give you a copy of your receipt and you can check with your private health insurance company.
We do, but only at our Mount Hawthorn clinic. This service is not available at our Albany clinic.
